DuraTrim™ 30 Automatic Trimmer/Sheeter

A TRIMMER AND SHEETER FOR HIGH-SPEED LAMINATION

The DuraTrim™ 30 Automatic Trimmer/Sheeter provides high-accuracy sheet separation for production laminating systems. Because it uses flying knife separation, this unit is able to process a wide variety of film types, including BOPP, PET, cellulose, and nylon laminates. Its fiber-optic eye reads sheet edges and activates the flying knife to cut with accuracy to 1,000th of an inch. This unit features a servo-drive motor for increased speed and an operator-friendly control panel. It accepts sheets as wide as 30 inches.

Combine this unit with the StrataLam™ 55 Dual-Sided Production Laminating System and the DuraFeed™ 52 Automatic Feeder to automate the laminating process.
