Products in the Nobelus® flexible packaging portfolio are designed to be used in a wide range of markets and packaging formats. Structural Products
These products serve as a functional flex pack layer and enable thermal converters to create packaging in-house to increase efficiency and take greater control of their structures. This collection includes a variety of color options and barrier properties to meet a wide range of applications and packaging formats.
StrataFlex™ Thermal Pre-Lams consist of a durable METPET ore between two heat-sensitive layers: an EVA layer for thermal lamination and a PE sealant layer for shaping and sealing. Because these pre-lams are designed to be combined with reverse printed film, they enable converters to significantly reduce the number of material changeovers on the press while impriving the quality of packaging and maximizing efficiency.

EcoElement™ PE Thermal Sealants are made entirely of PE, making them compatible with recyclable flexible packaging when paired with a PE print web film. Because they include both a thermally activated adhesive and a heat-sealable layer, these products support thermal lamination as well as shaping and sealing. Print Web Films
Because they have no EVA adhesive backing, these films are ideal for converters who utilize a flexographic press or wet laminating system to create their flexible packaging structures. They can also be paired with thermal pre-laminations to increase efficiency for digital converters. This portfolio includes both essential and value-add films. To fit the needs of large and small operations alike, each of these films can be purchased with no minimum order quantity.
PlatinumOPP™ 74 ga Gloss Film and PlatinumOPP™ 68 ga Matte Film are an ideal way to bury ink and protect designs on flexible packaging. Choose from a crystal-clear gloss finish that makes colors pop or a non-reflective matte finish that ensures designs remain visible in the brightest of settings.
PlatinumOPP™ 100 ga Heat-Sealable Gloss Film and PlatinumOPP™ 110 ga Heat-Sealable Matte Film can be used to create lap seals for seamless gloss or matte pillow bags, pouches, stick packs, and more.
