Product Description
AN INTUITIVE THERMAL LAMINATING SYSTEM FOR ENTRY-LEVEL LAMINATION
The Komfi® Junior 52 is a perfect thermal laminating system for any print service provider who wants to begin offering lamination services for B2 and B3 sheet sizes. This top-fed, fully automatic unit does not require an external air supply and is perfect for printshops that process small- to medium-volume orders. Its automatic top-suction belt feeder senses when a sheet is not detected and instantly halts lamination. A user-friendly interface enables users to easily view diagnostics and perform troubleshooting on-site.
The Junior 52 features burst separation and includes a perforator and skew wheel to ensure sheets laminated with BOPP laminates are separated efficiently. Its powerful pneumatic system consistently applies pressure to guarantee high-quality results, and its built-in de-curling system keeps substrates flat. The Junior 52 features an infrared heater that heats up in as little as five and a half minutes and regulates its temperatures throughout lamination to ensure consistent results. An adjustable catch tray and fixed delivery desk are included to neatly hold laminated sheets.
