FineGrit™ Film

A RUGGED LAMINATE WITH A DURABLE, SANDY TEXTURE 

FineGrit™ Film gives prime label and flexible packaging applications an earthy, rough-touch finish that provides contrast from popular soft-touch trends. Because This film's haptic effect is created through embossing, the finish cannot be rubbed off with repeated use and is burnish, scratch, and scuff resistant. 

Measuring 1.7 mil thick, FineGrit Film is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), making it highly malleable for a variety of packaging formats. This film is reverse printable and protects printed designs from oil, moisture, and dirt. 

FineGrit Film is an unsupported film designed to complement lamination systems using viscous adhesives and energy-curing technology to produce prime labels and flexible packaging.
