UltraMatte™ Laminate

A NON-REFLECTIVE LAMINATE WITH A SUPERIOR MATTE FINISH

UltraMatte™ Laminate gives printed designs a smooth matte effect completely devoid of reflections or glare in the brightest of settings. Perfect for projects that use rich, dark tones, this laminate is scuff resistant due to its hard-coated surface. It protects ink from smudges and scratches as well as grease, dirt, and moisture. Despite its flat matte finish, it allows colors on book covers, folding cartons, and more to show through with impressive accuracy.

UltraMatte Laminate is constructed of malleable biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) and measures 1.2 mil thick, making it compatible with thermal laminators that use bursting separation. Able to accept post-laminate processes such as folding, die cutting, and embossing, this laminate enables printers to add value-add embellishments to a variety of applications.

This laminate is compatible with offset, flexographic, and HP® Indigo inks.
