A SILVER THERMAL PRE-LAM WITH MOISTURE/OXYGEN BARRIER

StrataFlex™ 4.3 mil METPET Thermal Pre-Lam is an ideal pre-lamination solution for thermal flexible packaging converters who want ot optimize efficiency in their workflow. It enables converters to reverse print on an adhesive-free print web prior to thermal lamination, reducing material changeovers on the press and enhancing packaging quality. This method also helps converters maximize press efficiency and increase capacity on their most valuable asset. 

StrataFlex 4.3 mil METPET Thermal Pre-Lam has a metalized polyester (METPET) core that keeps moisture and oxygen from reaching packaged goods. THis core layer sits between two thermally activated layers: an EVA adhesive that bonds to a print web and a heat-sealable PE layer for shaping and sealing. The pre-lam's silver appearance can be integrated into designs to give them a metallic appeal.
