ScuffProof® Laminate With DigiBOND™

A SCRATCH-PROOF LAMINATE FOR DIGITAL PRINTS 

Manufactured using proprietary curing technology that greatly increases its surface hardness, ScuffProof® Laminate With DigiBOND™ offers premium scuff resistance in transit and on store shelves. Incredibly durable and scratch resistant, this laminate's finish will not burnish or wear out even with frequent use. Its smooth matte appearance lets printed designs on business cards, rigid boxes, and more show through with full clarity.

Made of flexible biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), ScuffProof Laminate With DigiBOND measures 1.2 mil thick and is compatible with bursting separation. It has a thermally activated EVA adhesive layer and accepts a range of post-laminate processes, including die cutting, embossing, and spot UV.

This laminate is compatible with digital print engines utilizing UV inkjet or electrophotography (toner-based inks and fuser oils).
