    SPECIALTY LAMINATES & FILMS

GO WITH THE GRAIN AND CREATE A MEMORABLE TACTILE EXPERIENCE.

A rough-touch thermal laminate with the feel of light sand

    2.0 mil │ 3” Core

FineGrit Laminate gives printed pieces a rough-touch appeal to provide contrast with popular soft-touch trends in general commercial print. Its stippled, sandy texture is created in the manufacturing process by embossing the laminate, which means the gritty surface has no loose particles that can be rubbed off. FineGrit is highly scuff resistant and can be run efficiently through laminators that use bursting separation.

Measuring 2.0 mil thick, FineGrit Laminate is made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) and complements a range of applications, such as folding cartons, business cards, direct mail, and board games. It is compatible with folding and die cutting and may accept a variety of other post-laminate processes depending on the application. Its thermally activated EVA adhesive layer adheres to conventional offset, flexographic, and HP® Indigo inks.

Compatible with offset, flexographic, and HP® Indigo digital printing technologies.

FineGrit™ is part of the Nobelus® Tactile Collection.
