DuraTrim™ Ultra Trimmer/Sheeter

A CUTTER THAT PROCESSES THICK LAMINATED SHEETS

The DuraTrim™ Ultra Trimmer enables in-line, high-speed cutting and sheeting of laminated sheets that measure 1.7 mil and above. Its cross cutters and servo-driven in-feed rollers support highly efficient sheet separation, allowing the unit to cut 10,000 sheets an hour. This unit can perform negative, flush, and differential margin cutting, making it ideal for a variety of applications. 

After laminated sheets are trimmed to size, a variable-speed exit conveyor carries them out of the machine to be collected. A trim removal ejection device keeps any waste produced from cut sheets from dropping inside the unit. This heavy-duty cutter features a 3/4-inch-think steel side plate and a control panel with animations and full color.
