The GMP PODMaster™ - IDH 54 Quatro-Slit supports high-volume production of digitally printed photos using the silver halide replacement (SHR™) method. Its unique cantilevered design gives operators full access to film rolls, enables complete control over the web, and facilitates quick loading and unloading. An integrated deep-pile feeder accepts large stacks of prints and adds each sheet automatically. To ensure operators have access to the most vital information, this unit includes capacitive touchscreen controls with a digital monitor that displays current settings and status.

Because the PODMaster - IDH 54 Quatro-Slit separates sheets using a bursting mechanism, it is most compatible with biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) laminates. It can perform whole-page or spot variable-data foiling as needed with its integrated Sleeking® module. A built-in embossing roller is paired with an integrated chilling system to perfectly recreate the look of a silver halide luster. This unit accepts sheets measuring as large as 21 inches long by 29 inches wide.
